No. Registry Watch is a compliance reference — it shows you what the law says and where it came from. It is not a lawyer, and it does not tell you what to do. Confirm anything you rely on at the official source linked in the app.
All 50 states, D.C., and the U.S. territories — 56 jurisdictions in total. For each one: the presence durations that trigger registration, the registration deadline, the full statute text with its source, and reporting frequency where the law states it.
Your profile and your deadline list stay on your own device. Rule and statute text is retrieved from our server so it stays current. Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see your card.
Because we would rather show you a gap than a guess. Some jurisdictions require registration on conviction or release and state no presence duration at all — in that case there is no number to show, and the app tells you to check the official registry.
The Android app is a direct download from this page — SOapp.apk. It is a beta build, so it installs outside the Play Store and you may need to allow installation from your browser. You can also use Registry Watch in your browser with nothing to install.
